Beller's Fall Registration

Dear Parents,

It is that time of year again! Fall lessons will begin Tuesday, September 7th. Enrollment begins Monday, August 16th. If you are interested in enrolling your child, please call before September 7th. Enrollment will begin at 8:00a.m. Monday-Friday and 9:00a.m Saturday. No enrollment will be taken on Sunday.

We limit the size of our classes; therefore, if you call late we cannot guarantee the class of you choice. Please remember, once you've enrolled your child, if you change your mind you MUST call to UN-enroll. Otherwise, you will be billed because my child has occupied a space on the class roster.

To facilitate our phone enrollment we will offer mail in enrollment. You may now view on-line the schedule and enrollment form for Predance, Pregym, Parent-Tot, Kindergarten Combination, and Tiny Tots Gym. Print the form and send your registration via snail mail. If your child has taken classes with us before you will need to call for proper class placement.

Please fill out one form per child to avoid any confusion. If you are enrolling one child in more than one class fill out one box per class.
